Rejoiner specializes in tracking and recovering lost orders on e-commerce sites.
When Rejoiner approached me, their software was proving to be very effective at recovering abandoned carts, but they had to manually set up the software for each new customer. They looked to me to design an experience that would allow customers without web development knowledge to install Rejoiner and move on to recovering orders.
I worked closely with their team to help them pare down Rejoiner until only the features their customers truly wanted remained. Those features that remained were distilled down to the most basic form possible without sacrificing functionality.
