I worked with the team at New Service Network to establish the user experience for their flagship product
ServiceTask is a web application that helps you handle the business side of your service business.
I was approached by the ServiceTask team while their product was in it's infancy. The team was looking for a designer to take the prototype of their product and define the visual style while making sure that each of the major features were easy to use.
I designed and developed the interface for the web application, created the public-facing website and advised the team on design best-practices going forward before handing the project over to their in-house team.
