I led the product and visual design for NewService's flagship product.
The development team at NewService had a functioning and feature-packed product that they had brought to market, but were seeing fewer signups than they expected and lower retention in the customers they did have.
I was tasked with rethinking the product offering from the ground up to include features that were most relevant to customer needs and organizing them into logical sections. Working with feedback from industry experts I wireframed a new structure for the product. After iterating on feedback from developers, customers and management, I developed a visual style guide for developers to follow when building sections of the app.
